If there is a mechanical or technical problem which prevents you from receiving your printed pages, and you were charged, you can alert a LawIT consultant at one of the Help Desks (Room 331 Legal Research and on sub-1 of the Law Library) or fill out the print reimbursement form online. 

Please note that LawIT requests that you submit the form within 4 hours of the incident, and that you provide them with any printouts associated with the problem (including error pages) so that the issue can be investigated in a timely manner and any further problems can be prevented.
