The Department of State Bulletin (ANNEX KZ231 .U8297x; HeinOnline) contains text of foreign policy-related speeches by the President, the Secretary of State, various ambassadors, and other State Department officials. The Bulletin is subtitled “The official monthly record of U.S. Foreign Policy,” and is indexed in the Reader’s Guide to Periodical Literature

United States Department of State Dispatch (Annex Journals KZ231 .U83 and Micro-10 S490; HeinOnline) contains the texts of important foreign policy-related speeches, the texts of a few treaties, and a list of recent treaty actions (including location information). During this time period, the Dispatch is published weekly.
