Loan periods vary depending on your status and the type of material. Most material does not circulate out of the building. (Faculty offices are considered 'part of the building.')

  • STATUS = Law Faculty  -  You charge materials to your office for up to 6 months at a time.
  • STATUS = Law Student  -  You can charge materials to a carrel for up to 1 month at a time. *
  • MATERIAL TYPE = Cohn Legal Fiction Collection  -  You may borrow this for 2 months at a time, and it may leave the building.

* This does not apply to Closed Reserve items, which may only be used for 4 hours at a time.
