When a borrowing library damages or loses one of our items, we are always happy to accept a replacement copy. The replacement copy must be the same edition and must be a new copy. When providing a replacement copy, a $25.00 processing fee will apply.
If you are unable to supply a replacement copy, the following fees apply:
$25.00 replacement fee, plus the cost of the item
$135.00 fee, if the cost of the item cannot be determined
