When borrowing libraries are returning our items, please keep these details in mind:  

  • We prefer all items to be returned via a trackable courier (although not required).
  • Place bubble wrap tightly around our items to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Package items weighing over 4 lbs, in a box to prevent damage.
