If there is a mechanical or technical problem that prevents you from receiving your printed pages and you were charged, you can alert a LawIT consultant at the Help Desk (Room 331 Legal Research) or submit a refund request.

Please note that LawIT requests that you submit the form within 4 hours of the incident and that you provide them with any printouts associated with the problem (including error pages) so that the issue can be investigated in a timely manner and any further problems can be prevented.
