Federal Rules Decisions (SMITH KF 8839 .F4) contains the text of U.S. District Court decisions, interpreting the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. These decisions are not published in the Federal Supplement.
F.R.D. also includes articles, speeches, and other material relating to judicial conferences, federal courts, and federal procedures. West began publishing its Federal Rules Decisions (F.R.D.) in 1940.
