During business hours, U-M Law faculty, staff, students, and research scholars who are locked out of their offices and carrels can contact Law Facilities (734.763.3003) for help. Note that part-time Law Library staff cannot unlock doors.
After hours (including nights and weekends), please contact the security guard at 734-320-7475.
Journal Students locked out of a journal office
Contact someone on your journal to let you in.
If you can't find someone, contact DPSS. However, DPSS may not have keys to your journal office, so verify that they do when you call.
Law Library staff cannot unlock journal offices or carrels for students.

If you are locked out of a classroom you have reserved after hours (nights and weekends), please see the Reading Room Desk.
