Interest rates for money judgments are adjusted every six months (January 1 and July 1). The interest rate indicates the average interest rate paid at auctions of 5-year United States treasury notes during the six months immediately preceding that date.
Current and historical rates are posted on the website of the Michigan Department of Treasury.
