MLaw students and faculty can check out books from the Law Library. However, books cannot leave the Library. See this page for more information about the Library's policy regarding circulation.

Books that are checked out can be kept on the student's carrel shelf or on the hold shelf at the Circulation Desk until their due date. (Note: books from Closed Reserve may only be checked out for a maximum of 4 hours.)The Circulation Desk on Sub-2 has paper applications for carrel shelf assignments. Once you have filled out the application at the Circ Desk, you will be assigned a carrel shelf, and that info will be added to your patron record. Any books you request from the catalog will be delivered to (and left on) your shelf.
