Generally, our collection is designed for scholarly research. We do not have many practice materials that are not otherwise available online.

The Law Library carries some practice materials (e.g., practitioner manuals, appellate procedure guides, formbooks) for a limited number of jurisdictions. Some practice material is available for seven U.S. states: Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, California, Florida, and Texas. The Library also carries material related to practicing in Federal courts.

For additional links to materials, check out the Practice Materials page of our Michigan Legal Research guide.
