While all students are welcome to study in the unrestricted portion of the Reading Room, only Michigan Law students may study in the Underground Library.
Non-law Michigan students with a legal research need may be granted limited access to the Underground Library collection. Email askalawlibrarian@umich.edu to request access. Be sure to include your academic level and what resources you hope to use.
